SLD光源
SLD光源是一种像LED这样光谱宽、像LD那样亮度高的低相干光光源,从LD这样的窄有源层发出的光与光纤有效耦合。SLD光源可用于光学测量和传感器,包括光纤陀螺仪和光纤实验室提供的光纤输出SLD光源在不同的波长波段,从可见光到近红外光。我们的产品线包括方便实验的台式类型和易于集成的模块类型。

SLD与LD的区别
SLD与LD的区别在于端部表面是否存在反射。下图中SLD和LD的结构几乎是一样的。在这两个器件中,共同点在于活跃层(光发射层)夹在p-n型复合层(双异质结构)上形成一个n型基质,通过p-n结上的的电极对活跃层施加电压。不同之处在于光是否在活性层的端面反射。SLD在有源层的末端涂有AAR涂层以减少反射光,而LD的两端表面被切割形成法布里-珀罗谐振器。
