AA-DD 扫描实时自相关仪
该AA-DD实时自相关器提供了平滑和快速测量飞秒和皮秒脉冲持续时间。通过使用多达4个可互换的光电探测器和光学器件,该自相关器可以覆盖多个波长范围。还可以根据需要覆盖两个单独的范围。输入脉冲的持续时间从10秒到30秒不等,便于不同激光系统的监测,特别是飞秒和皮秒振荡器(低重复率放大器监测<10 kHz,也请参阅我们的ASF单脉冲自相关器系列)。
该设备具有USB接口,可以很容易地连接到PC与Windows操作系统,LabView驱动程序也包括在包中。该软件由该设备提供,包括几个有用的工具。所获得的脉冲持续时间数据可以可视化、存储或导出到.txt或.dat文件中。计算并实时显示了自相关函数和以飞秒为单位的最终FWHM脉冲持续时间。此外,还可以选择高斯或sech2拟合,也可以观察到强度函数。统计查看器功能允许比较从几个单独的脉冲测量中获得的数据。
AA-DD的微小机身完美地符合任何严格空间要求的实验设置。我们还提供一个可选的光纤输入,以快速和可靠的脉冲持续时间测量在各种光纤。此外,自相关器在这种情况下仍然保持自由空间的测量能力。
